A study published in 2017 found that increasing Airbnb listings in a given neighborhood by 10% leads to a 0.42% increase in rents and a 0.76% increase in house prices. According to an analysis conducted in 2016, while commercial listings comprised only 10% of Airbnb's total listings in 25 largest U.
